Armenia Digital Awards 2025 Attracted a Record Number of Participants and Showed a New Level of Digital Maturity

This year, the award concluded with a record number of applications and confirmed the acceleration of digital development in Armenia

The Armenia Digital Awards 2025 independent professional awards program, organized by the Electronic Commerce and Digital Marketing Association (ECDMA), has summarized the results of its second year. The competition has already become one of the country's key platforms for evaluating projects in the field of digital technologies, communications, marketing, design, engineering, and the entire digital economy. In 2025, the competition received more than 800 applications from various fields, which became a new achievement and a reflection of the growth of the national digital industry.

Independent Selection Model and Open Nominations

The organizers maintained an open participation model: nominations were free, and anyone could submit a project. This approach expanded access for independent studios, young professionals, and small companies that previously rarely entered competitive ecosystems.

A distinctive feature of the Armenia Digital Awards remains the strict independence of the evaluation. The organizers do not interfere in the scoring process, do not accept commercial offers from participants, and focus only on methodology and transparency. Jury members work according to the Code of Ethics, which obliges them to independently withdraw from the evaluation in case of a conflict of interest. Thanks to this, the competition quickly gained the trust of the professional community and became noticeable even outside the country.

What the Participants' Works Showed

The submitted projects demonstrate the growth of digital maturity in Armenia. Over the past five years, technological development processes have accelerated in the country: the expertise of teams has grown, attention to the quality of digital products has increased, startups are being formed more actively, and digital tools are being introduced into traditional industries.

Competition participants presented solutions with improved product architecture, in-depth user experience, more advanced analytics, and the use of modern frameworks. Changes are noticeable in different segments — from the banking sector to logistics, from educational platforms to corporate services.

The evaluation was carried out by an international jury of almost 100 specialists in the field of technology, e-commerce, product management, marketing, venture investment, communications, creative industries, and analytics. Among them are Hayk Margaryan (ICC Armenia), Konstantin Petrosov (ARKA Agency), Avag Simonyan (Triple S VC), Arsen Baghdasaryan (DataArt), Arkady Kharajyan (Vega), Evgeny Golota (Google), Mariam Sargsyan, Kostiantyn Cherednychenko (Tempo Communications), Dr. Gayane Markosyan (Synopsys Armenia), Zina Grigoryan (Alfapharm), Maria Azatyan (ArmGate), Goar Sargsyan (PowerFusion LLC), Hayk Hayrapetyan (IMAST Inc.), Garnik Gapoyan (Domus CJSC), Evgenia Sonts (apPRove), Armine Karahan (GetAds Network), Mykhailo Ambartsumov (Miasin s.r.o.), Elena Kozubskaya (Food Solutions KZ), Madina Seisingalieva (Yandex Ads), Ketevan Aslanishvili (JSC Silk Bank), Alex Chiru (Vandor Group), Kirill Timofeev (Mad Lead Printer) and others.

Growth in the Quality of Digital Solutions in Traditional Sectors

In 2025, the level of digital products in industries such as banking and insurance services, digital marketing agencies, and B2C services noticeably increased. More and more companies are using data in decision-making, implementing design systems, conducting user research, and modernizing interfaces.

The real estate sector was particularly distinguished. Against the background of growing cities, increasing construction volumes, and growing demand for modern services, digital platforms have become a key part of interaction with buyers. This was also reflected in the competitive works: participants presented projects with improved structure, high-quality visuals, and enhanced interactivity.

«I was pleased with the growth in the quality of real estate projects. Companies are more actively using modern visual language, focusing on the user, and building communications at the level of international standards. This shows how the market is changing and confirms that local teams are ready to compete globally».
CMO of the competition, Satenik Ghazaryan
