On December 13, the official opening of the Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan investment showroom took place in Yerevan — the first project in Armenia of a combined format, uniting residential and investment real estate under the international brand Pullman of the Accor group. The event was held in the format of a private evening reception for partners and media representatives and became an important milestone in the development of the project.
Guests were presented with a fully finished showroom of the investment part of the complex, as well as the Pullman philosophy in a residential format — with an emphasis on comfort, lifestyle and hotel-level service. Accor's Vice President of Operations in Georgia and the CIS countries, Aron Libinson, emphasized the strategic importance of the Armenian market and the high level of partnership with local developer Technotun. During the ceremony, owners of future apartments were presented with Accor Ownership Benefits cards with Platinum status.
Special attention was paid to the progress of construction: to date, 15 above-ground floors have already been erected, which confirms the steady pace of project implementation. The atmosphere of the evening was complemented by live jazz music, a DJ set and panoramic views of the evening Yerevan.
