In Armenia, one of the key processes of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been transferred to an online format. The mcs-register.am platform was approved and launched at a Government meeting on December 25, 2025.
Now, citizens who have changed their place of residence can apply for actual registration at the new address without visiting the office, queuing, or submitting paper documents. To do this, it is necessary to undergo strict authentication in the system, select the registration section, check and, if necessary, supplement personal data and address, and then confirm readiness to be on site to meet with the regional inspector.
After filling in all the fields, the user clicks the "Save", "Pay" and "Send" buttons, after which the application will be processed. For consultations, a contact phone number is provided: 84-22.
This initiative aims to simplify administrative procedures and improve the convenience of citizens' interaction with government agencies.
