In January-October 2025, the total industrial production in Armenia amounted to 2.408 trillion drams, equivalent to $6.315 billion. However, the data indicate mixed dynamics within the industry: key segments are developing unevenly, and the manufacturing industry shows a decline compared to last year.
The manufacturing sector produced 1,668.5 billion drams, or $4.37 billion, in the ten months of 2025. For comparison, the figure was 1,699.6 billion drams for the same period in 2024. Thus, the largest part of the industry showed a decline, despite maintaining a dominant share in the overall structure.
Against this background, the mining industry, on the contrary, went into positive territory. Production reached 410.7 billion drams, or $1.077 billion, compared to 394.3 billion drams a year earlier. In the structure of Armenian industry, the manufacturing sector accounts for 69.3%, mining and quarrying - 17%, energy supply - 12.6%, and water supply and waste treatment - 1.1%.
