Today, the online services of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia temporarily stopped working due to damage to fiber optic cables. The department reported that internet provider specialists are already working to fix the problem.
Due to a technical failure, it is impossible to activate an electronic signature, including services at the Unified Office of Public Services on Vazgen Sargsyan Street. However, citizens can continue to receive consultations and process documents.
Individuals applying for a residence permit can sign the necessary papers and receive a card, but to activate the digital signature, a repeat visit will be required after the system is restored.
