In November 2025, the average monthly salary in Armenia before taxes amounted to about $812, according to the Statistical Committee of the country. Compared to last year, incomes have increased in most industries, reflecting positive dynamics in the labor market.
Traditionally, the highest earnings remain in the field of finance and insurance - more than 1.34 million drams, as well as in IT and telecommunications - over 820 thousand drams. These industries continue to hold leading positions in terms of income levels.
At the same time, the highest rates of salary growth were recorded in transportation and warehousing (+16.4%), agriculture (+12.8%), mining (+10.8%), and construction (+8.1%), which indicates expanding opportunities for workers in various segments of the economy.
