In 2025, Mobile Centre Became the Largest Taxpayer in Armenia

In 2025, Mobile Centre (Mobile Center Art) became the largest taxpayer in Armenia, contributing $201 million to the state budget, according to data from the State Revenue Committee (SRC). This significantly outpaced its closest competitors and reflects the growth of re-export operations with mobile equipment, primarily to Russia.

In second place is Grand Tobacco with $170.5 million, followed by the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC) ($134.7 million). The top five also included Gazprom Armenia ($111.5 million) and Ardshinbank ($103.7 million).

The top 15 included four companies in the tobacco industry (Grand Tobacco, International Masis Tabak, Philip Morris Armenia, JTI Armenia), two IT companies developing software for global gambling platforms (Digitain and Soft Construct), and one bookmaker — Adjarabet (Kabarko, $49 million). In addition, banks (Ardshinbank, Ameriabank) and energy companies (CPS Energy Group, Gazprom Armenia) are also notable in the list.
