Drivers of the Armenian online service continue their protests in Yerevan, this time directing their complaints directly to Yandex.Taxi. The main complaints concern incorrect maps in the application, for which drivers are fined, unjustified lowering of ratings, and problems with waiting for passengers. In addition, protesters are demanding explanations for the disappearance of tips and complain about the recording of false violations, such as an allegedly dirty car.

Mesrop Manukyan, a member of the Council of Elders of the Yerevan Municipality, noted that drivers faced pressure after previous strikes: they are being blocked from working and having their ratings lowered. Protesters are also insisting on negotiations with Yerevan Bus CJSC for access to bus lines and demanding improved working conditions, including official registration, pension provision, and participation in the medical insurance system.

During the action, a representative of Yandex.Taxi agreed to meet with Manukyan and several taxi drivers to listen to their complaints. Previously, drivers had already organized a petition and submitted a collective statement to the Armenian government demanding lower interest rates and protection of the rights of online taxi service workers.
