The tender for the preparation of a feasibility study for the construction of the 12th metro station "Surmalu" has been completed in Yerevan. According to Mayor's Advisor Anetta Babayan, the results of the competition have been summarized, and the contract with the winner is expected to be signed within a week. The name of the consortium and the amount of funding have not yet been disclosed.
Internal administrative procedures are currently underway. After confirmation of funding, specialists will be able to start work, with 20 days allocated for the completion of the feasibility study and consulting services.
At the same time, a competition has been announced for the development of an urban planning concept and a preliminary design. Applications are accepted until March 16, and the conclusion of the contract is scheduled for April. 150 calendar days are allocated for the preparation of project documentation.
