The Ministers of Energy of Armenia and Turkey discussed new opportunities for cooperation in Paris. David Khoudatian and Alparslan Bayraktar met on the sidelines of the Second Nuclear Energy Summit to discuss direct interaction in the energy sector. The focus was on plans to develop joint projects and the technical details of their implementation.

The parties noted their willingness to strengthen dialogue and establish closer cooperation between the countries. They discussed ways to accelerate interaction, which could be an important step for regional energy stability. The ministers emphasized that open dialogue will help optimize resources and expand opportunities for both sides.

The last meeting of the Armenian and Turkish ministers took place in Istanbul in June 2025. Now the parties are determined to continue the dialogue and move from discussions to concrete initiatives, which could positively affect the development of energy infrastructure and the strengthening of economic ties between Armenia and Turkey.
