The Eurasian Development Bank and the Ministry of Finance of Armenia have signed an agreement on the provision of technical assistance. The document was signed in Yerevan by the Minister of Finance of Armenia, Vage Hovhannisyan, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the EDB, Nikolai Podguzov.

The agreement is aimed at improving the professional skills of the agency's employees, taking into account international practices. The program includes an analysis of existing institutional constraints, the development of optimal models of financial structure, and the organization of specialized training. International certification under the APMG International programs is also provided.

In addition, the document envisages the development of infrastructure and technical equipment of the public-private sector partnership center. These measures are expected to improve the efficiency of work processes and make the investment climate in Armenia more attractive.
