A "roadmap" for road traffic accidents is being developed in Armenia, which will allow analyzing the causes of accidents and developing measures to reduce them. This was announced by the Executive Director of the Bureau of Motor Insurers of Armenia, Vaginak Yeghiazaryan, at a press conference, noting that the work is being carried out jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the country.
One of the elements of the system will be a database of "Safe" points, where road accident participants will be able to quickly process the incident, contact the insurance company and the police, as well as record the incident and receive the necessary assistance.
In the future, it is planned to use drones for rapid response in accidents. Details about the implementation of the project and the participating companies have not yet been disclosed, but the initiative is aimed at improving road safety and reducing the number of road accidents.
