Low-cost airline Wizz Air is launching two new regular routes from Yerevan — to Eindhoven (Netherlands) and Brussels (Belgium). Flights to Eindhoven will start in October with a frequency of three times a week, and flights to Brussels will begin in February 2027 with the same frequency. In the future, the frequency of flights is planned to be increased, the company noted.
In addition to new destinations, Wizz Air is increasing the number of flights on existing routes: to Budapest from two to four times a week, to Paris from three to five, to Frankfurt from two to three, to Prague up to four times a week. The expansion will be valid all year round, not only during the holiday season.
To serve the growing network, the airline will increase the number of aircraft based in Yerevan from two to three. Wizz Air's General Commercial Director, Jan Malin, stressed that this will strengthen the carrier's position in the Armenian market and provide passengers with more opportunities to travel around Europe.
