Wildberries and Ozon closed storefronts for Armenian sellers: sales stopped without explanation

Marketplaces are silent for now, while entrepreneurs report mass disabling of products

Wildberries and Ozon have suspended sales of goods from sellers in Armenia. According to participants of relevant Telegram communities, the restrictions affected all accounts registered to Armenian individual entrepreneurs and OOO, and product cards became unavailable to buyers.

Entrepreneurs began reporting the problem in the evening, noting that sales were effectively stopped simultaneously. About 2500 people are participating in the discussions, and many of them confirm the complete disabling of storefronts without prior notice.

As of the time of publication, no official comments have been received from Wildberries and Ozon. The reasons for what happened remain unknown, and the timing of a possible resumption of sales has not been announced.
