A new resort complex, Swissôtel Park Village & Wellness Resort, is planned for construction in the Kotayk Province of Armenia, within the Goght Urban Valley project. The project will be located approximately 30 km from Yerevan and will focus on recreation, wellness, and permanent residence amidst nature.

The complex will include an 80-room five-star hotel, 60 modern villas, and a large wellness center with medical and health programs. A spa area, fitness facilities, and other recreational infrastructure will be available for guests and residents.

One of the key features of the project will be a natural park covering approximately 20 hectares. According to representatives of Goght Urban Valley, the project aims to create not just a country complex, but a full-fledged space for living and recreation, where the comfort of urban infrastructure can be combined with proximity to nature and family leisure.
