Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the launch of an initiative to attract graduates of leading global universities to work in the country's state structures. The program is aimed at specialists who have graduated from universities ranked in the top 200 of the QS, THE, or ARWU (Shanghai Ranking) international rankings.
Candidates should send their CV and a one-page cover letter to the special address talent@gov.am. The first stage of applications is open from June 15 to July 15, 2026. After preliminary selection, participants will be invited for interviews and then included in the public administration talent pool.
According to the initiative, specialists who join this talent pool will be able to receive job offers in various Armenian government agencies within a year. The program aims to strengthen human resources and attract young professionals with international education to the country's public administration system.
