DigiTec 2026 to be held in Armenia from November 20-22: The region's largest IT exhibition prepares to break records

Armenia strengthens its position as a technology hub, and organizers promise the participation of leading global industry players

Armenia's largest technology exhibition, DigiTec, will take place from November 20 to 22, 2026. Over two decades, the event has evolved from a small industry exhibition into one of the most prominent technology platforms in the region, bringing together representatives from businesses, startups, investors, research centers, and government agencies.

The organizer is the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises. In 2025, the anniversary 20th exhibition gathered over 30,000 visitors, more than 200 participating companies, over 100 international speakers, and representatives from more than 30 countries. In 2026, the organizers expect to surpass these figures and strengthen DigiTec's status as one of the leading technology platforms in the region.

The forum gains particular significance against the backdrop of Armenia's rapid development as an artificial intelligence infrastructure hub. Thanks to its advantageous location between Europe, the Persian Gulf countries, and Central Asia, the country is becoming an important link between rapidly growing technology markets.

The organizers note that the DigiTec 2026 program will be closely linked to the ongoing transformation of Armenia's technological ecosystem. Thematic areas and a list of key international speakers will be announced later. In addition to the exhibition and conference, the event will offer expanded opportunities for business networking, partner search, and the development of international cooperation.

The first DigiTec exhibition took place in 2005. It was initiated by Karen Vardanyan – the long-time head of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises of Armenia and one of the key figures in the development of the Armenian IT industry.
