Scania has officially launched a representative office and service center in Armenia, expanding its presence in the country's market.
The opening was accompanied by a statement from Deputy Minister of Economy Narek Hovakimyan, who noted that the arrival of a major international manufacturer is important not only for the transport industry but also for attracting investments and strengthening business ties.
The Ministry of Economy emphasized that the country has a program to support productivity growth, thanks to which enterprises can update equipment and machinery on preferential terms.
The authorities expect that the appearance of an official Scania office will allow local carriers and logistics companies to modernize their fleets more quickly and implement more efficient operating technologies.
