The PPLS Rooms co-living space and the Villa3 community hub, created by Green Rock company, have opened in Dilijan, Armenia. Both facilities are part of the multifunctional complex being developed in the city and are designed for students, specialists, tourists, freelancers, and remote employees.
PPLS Rooms co-living is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. The building has 60 rooms, capable of accommodating up to 120 people simultaneously. The lower floors are equipped with shared kitchens and common spaces in a co-living format, while the upper levels offer more private accommodation options. According to the project creators, up to 8,000 guests and residents will be able to stay here annually.
Simultaneously, the Villa3 community hub has started operating, designed for work, training, and the implementation of joint initiatives. It is equipped with workspaces, meeting rooms, a library, a lecture hall, and an open terrace. It is expected that the new facilities will help attract an additional flow of residents and guests to the less active part of the city, as well as support the development of local services and the business environment of Dilijan.
