The Road Department of Armenia has urged residents to actively use the Arm Roads Info mobile application to report defects on republican and interstate highways. Through the service, citizens can promptly record road surface problems and send them to the responsible services for subsequent elimination.
The application is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store and supports three interface languages. To submit a report, users need to enable geolocation, take a photo of the damage, add a comment and a contact e-mail, and then send the application via the built-in form.
In addition to the feedback function, the service also acts as an information platform: users can receive notifications about road works, traffic restrictions, and alternative routes. Thus, the application combines a feedback system and a tool for promptly informing drivers about the road situation.
