Yandex Armenia has been recognized as one of the country's top employers according to the Top Employers Institute's 2026 rating. The certification confirms the high level of work process organization, systematic employee development, and attention to corporate culture.
The evaluation is conducted by the international organization Top Employers Institute, which operates in 131 countries and analyzes companies based on a range of criteria – from HR strategy to working conditions and employee development programs.
The methodology includes assessing approaches to recruitment, training, talent development, diversity, equal opportunities, and employee well-being. Based on the research, companies receive a status reflecting the maturity of their HR practices and the quality of their internal environment.
Adrian Seligman, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, commented on the national certification. He noted that Yandex Armenia's recognition reflects its contribution to creating a sustainable and effective work environment, as well as developing the work culture in Armenia.
Yandex Armenia, part of Yango Group, develops digital services in urban mobility, entertainment, and business tools, including AI-based solutions.
The company also invests in educational initiatives aimed at training IT specialists and developing local talent. These areas include machine learning, digital skills, and working with modern technological tools, as well as projects to improve service accessibility for users with disabilities.
