LFG gathered major global investors

Investor Day 2026 discussed development strategy, digital transformation, and regional economic prospects, with one of the main events being the inclusion of Lion Finance Group in the FTSE 100 index.

The annual Investor Day 2026, organized by Lion Finance Group (LFG), took place in Tbilisi. The forum brought together about 100 representatives of the international investment community, financial organizations, and analytical companies, including Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, M&G Investments, Firebird, and other market participants.

During the meeting, the management of LFG, as well as Ameriabank and Bank of Georgia, presented the group's development strategy, financial results, and medium-term plans. In addition, Martin Galstyan, Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, and Vahe Hovhannisyan, Minister of Finance of the country, addressed the participants, speaking about the current macroeconomic situation and the region's economic prospects.

Special attention at the event was paid to issues of digital transformation and the implementation of technological solutions, which are considered one of the key factors for the group's further growth.

One of the main topics of Investor Day was the inclusion of Lion Finance Group in the FTSE 100 index. Thanks to this, Ameriabank became the first Armenian company in the group, represented among the 100 largest companies on the London Stock Exchange alongside global corporations such as HSBC, BP, Shell, Barclays, Unilever, and Rolls-Royce Holdings.
