Mastercard and Yandex Go service have announced the start of a strategic partnership in Armenia. As part of the joint program, Mastercard cardholders now have access to special conditions for rides, including discounts of up to 50% on various service tariffs.
Holders of Mastercard World Elite, World Black Edition, and Business Preferred cards issued by Armenian banks will be able to receive a 50% discount on two rides per month across all Yandex Go tariffs, except for "Start" ("Economy"). The maximum discount amount per ride will be 3000 drams. For Mastercard World and Mastercard Travel cardholders, a 30% discount is provided up to two times a month on "Comfort" tariffs and higher, also with a maximum benefit of up to 3000 drams per ride.
In addition, users paying for rides with Mastercard cards issued by foreign banks will be able to receive a 5% discount on the "Business" tariff once a month. The maximum discount in this case will be 1000 drams. The new program aims to enhance user convenience and expand cashless payment options for transport in Armenia.
