Construction has begun on a large-scale international hotel complex in one of Armenia's main tourist centers. Dilijan will host the country's first Hyatt Regency brand hotel, which is expected to become a new attraction for tourists and businesses.

Green Rock company and the international hotel chain Hyatt have signed an agreement to launch the Hyatt Regency Dilijan project. The document was signed by Katerina Danekina, CEO of Green Rock, and Ludwig Bouldoukian, Hyatt's Regional Vice President for Development in the Middle East and Africa. Following this, a groundbreaking ceremony was held at the future hotel site, attended by representatives of the Armenian government, local authorities, and project partners.

The new hotel complex will feature 205 rooms and suites. The hotel will include restaurants, a wellness center, recreation areas, family spaces, and conference rooms. The project's implementation will create over 400 jobs and support the development of local businesses and the tourism infrastructure of the Tavush region.

Hyatt Regency Dilijan will be the first Hyatt Regency brand property in Armenia and one of the country's largest new hotel projects. The hotel is expected to enhance Dilijan's appeal as a tourist destination and help attract more international guests.
