Armenia and Kyrgyzstan will explore the possibility of opening a TUMO Center for Creative Technologies and branches of ANEL and ArMath engineering laboratories in the republic. This initiative is included in the joint statement of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov following the Kyrgyz leader's visit to Yerevan on October 16–17. The new venues are designed to expand opportunities for developing educational and technological skills among young people.
The parties intend to pay special attention to artificial intelligence and digitalization. In particular, the exchange of experience in the creation, regulation, and practical application of AI is being discussed. In addition, the countries plan to more actively develop trade and economic ties, focusing on innovation and technology along with transport and logistics.
The agreements also provide for expanding cooperation in education and science, developing academic mobility of students, teachers, and researchers, as well as launching joint educational programs. However, specific dates for the opening of the centers in Kyrgyzstan have not yet been determined: it is about considering such a possibility.
