The parties focused on potential electricity supplies in both directions. Technical options for connecting the energy infrastructure of Armenia and Azerbaijan directly at the state border were also discussed.

The creation of such a connection could open up the possibility for future electricity exchange between the two countries and become part of a broader regional energy infrastructure.
