Users can now see what components make up the final price, including the exact amount of the surge price during periods of high demand. The innovation should help you decide whether to travel immediately, wait for demand to decrease, or choose an alternative mode of transportation.
The price breakdown became part of the work of a joint working group with the Commission for the Protection of Competition and Consumer Interests of the Republic of Armenia. The initiative is aimed at increasing the transparency of the service and creating more predictable conditions for both passengers and participants in the transportation market.
The breakdown shows the cost of the car delivery, the base fare — the total price of minutes and kilometers along the route, as well as the coefficient applied when there is a shortage of cars. The price of additional options is shown separately, including a child seat or pet transportation.
