In the 2026 parliamentary elections in Armenia, the Central Electoral Commission will introduce modern monitoring and control tools. CEC Chairman Vahagn Hovakimyan announced that the new programs will allow for careful monitoring of campaign financing and all electoral activity, including online campaigning.
In cooperation with international partners, more advanced technologies will be used to ensure financial transparency and compliance with the law at all stages of the elections. This will allow for timely detection of violations and objective analysis of the electoral process.
The parliamentary elections are scheduled for the period from June 2 to June 12, 2026. The CEC emphasizes that thanks to the introduction of these tools, the voting will become as transparent and controllable as possible, and participants will be able to trust the results.
