The Armenian government has approved a project to restore part of the Circular Boulevard in Yerevan and create new pedestrian alleys. We are talking about the 3rd section of the boulevard, where the investment program of the company "Flora-1" will be implemented. The project envisages a comprehensive renovation of the territory with the formation of a modern urban park.
The total investment is estimated at approximately 1 billion drams, with about 385 million drams already invested. Reconstruction and modernization of green areas, paths, irrigation systems and lighting are planned on a plot of about 4360 square meters. The company will bear all expenses for further maintenance, repair and operation of the park.
As a result, a new public space will appear in the center of Yerevan, aimed at both citizens and tourists. The authorities expect that the renovated section of the Circular Boulevard will become one of the attractions of the capital and will organically fit into the urban environment.
