VTB (Armenia) Launches MIR Travel Card for Russians and Armenians

The card is designed for maximum user convenience

VTB (Armenia) has introduced a new multi-currency MIR Travel card, which will be a real help for customers who frequently travel to Russia, work or study there. The card provides accounts in both drams and rubles, allowing you to freely manage funds, make purchases and transfers without unnecessary conversions. A special feature of the product is the ability to link up to two additional cards with the same accounts, which makes transfers between cards fast and free.

Customers can instantly withdraw money from an additional card in Armenia and replenish their ruble account in Russia through ATMs without commission. MIR Travel is accepted for all cashless payments in the Russian Federation, including online purchases, making the card convenient for everyday use. Control over funds is available through a mobile bank with a user-friendly interface and 24/7 access.

Taras Kladchenko, Deputy General Director of VTB (Armenia), noted that the card was created for maximum user convenience, combining cashless payments, instant transfers and full control over funds. You can apply for a card at bank branches, through the website or Contact Center, providing a passport and social card, and an additional card — with an identity document of a third party.
