Ardshinbank continues to actively invest in technology and human capital, strengthening its position as a leader in the digital transformation of the Armenian financial sector. On January 20, the bank's specialized IT hub was opened in Yerevan.
The new office is designed for 140 workplaces and will become a center for the development of digital products: mobile and online banking, analytical platforms, automation of internal services and solutions for SMEs. Programmers, analysts and IT specialists will work here, and comfortable recreation areas and meeting rooms with an original design named after the ancient capitals of Armenia have been created. The hub should become a platform for the exchange of knowledge and career growth of employees.
Artur Ispiryan, Director of Digitalization, emphasized that the opening of the IT hub is part of the bank's digital transformation strategy aimed at accelerating the introduction of innovations, increasing operational efficiency and meeting international standards. According to him, the hub will become a center for attracting talent and forming a new generation of professionals.
