In January 2026, gasoline in Armenia decreased in price by 5.7% compared to January 2025, and diesel fuel by 3.3%, according to the Statistical Committee of Armenia (Armstat). Compared to December 2025, gasoline became cheaper by 4.5%, diesel fuel by 1.6%.
Overall, prices in the non-food market increased by only 0.9% over the year, and a slight decrease of 0.1% was observed compared to December 2025. Experts attribute the decrease in fuel costs to fluctuations in world oil prices and a stable situation in the domestic market.
