Armenia may become one of the key markets for digital management of residential complexes in the South Caucasus. Against the backdrop of active construction and growing demands for quality service, more and more developers and management companies are starting to look towards technological solutions. According to Unitify, the conditions for the rapid implementation of such platforms have now been formed.
The company's solutions combine key processes in a single system: application processing, payments, communication with residents, analytics, and AI-based tools. The platform is already being used in other markets in the region and shows that digitalization helps reduce costs and increase the transparency of property management. At the same time, interest in such systems in Armenia is growing noticeably, as traditional approaches are increasingly unable to cope with the increased load.
The head of the company, Ilya Sotonin, notes that among the main problems of the industry are weak process automation, lack of transparency and difficulty in interacting with residents. According to him, the introduction of digital tools and AI is already capable of changing the market today, reducing operating costs and improving the quality of service, and Armenia may become a platform for scaling such solutions to the entire region.
