Armenia Launches New Phase of Ucom Fellowship Program for Green Technology Development

The initiative will help startups receive funding, mentorship, and access to the international community

The third phase of the Ucom Fellowship incubation program, jointly implemented by Ucom and Impact Hub Yerevan, is launching in Yerevan. The project aims to support entrepreneurs working on environmental solutions and the development of the country's green economy.

Following the 2025 selection, three teams received 400,000 drams each to develop their projects. The winners included initiatives related to biodegradable packaging, nylon waste recycling, and ecotourism. The organizers note that they are focusing on practical technologies that can truly reduce the burden on the environment.

The program lasts 8 months and includes training, mentoring support, and access to the global Impact Hub network, which unites more than 100 locations worldwide. Participants will be able to apply for funding and develop projects in the fields of green energy, agrotechnology, and the circular economy. Applications are open until April 13, 2026.
