Wildberries announced that it is in constant dialogue with partners and relevant authorities regarding additional customs control procedures for certain categories of goods in the Russian Federation.
Since April 20, customs clearance rules have changed in Russia, requiring sellers to provide additional documents. Goods already in warehouses in the Russian Federation continue to be sold as usual.
Company representatives held a meeting with Armenian sellers, attended by more than 50 entrepreneurs. The meeting discussed emerging issues, listened to partners' proposals, and continues to jointly develop solutions. Sellers retain the ability to operate in the domestic market of Armenia.
Wildberries expressed hope for a phased settlement of the situation and promised to inform about significant changes as they arise. All issues are discussed in the established manner with the participation of relevant parties.
