The framework agreement between Armenia and the US on the TRIPP project ("Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity") will be signed in the coming weeks. This was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, emphasizing that the parties have already reached full political and textual agreement.

According to him, the document was initialed during a meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Yerevan. Formally, the agreement was not signed immediately only due to technical reasons: both countries need to complete internal approval procedures, which are purely formal and will take several weeks.

Mirzoyan noted that the TRIPP project is considered a strategic step to strengthen Armenia's role in international logistics. According to him, the country receives a "historic opportunity" to integrate into new supply routes and become an important link in global transport chains.
