Ucom Launches Fixed-Price Movie Subscription - Some Customers to Get It for Free

The new uPlay Cinema package provides access to a large movie library without separate payment for each viewing

Armenian telecom operator Ucom has introduced a new service, uPlay Cinema, for users of its television services. The subscription provides access to an extensive collection of films for a single monthly price, freeing subscribers from the need to pay for each film separately.

The package costs 1500 drams per month, but for customers of the Unity tariff line, a preferential price of 750 drams applies. Moreover, users of Unity 16000 and Unity 20000 tariffs will be able to use the service without additional charge. The company positions the new offer as a solution for family viewing and convenient access to films of various genres on a subscription model.

Ucom states that it continues to expand its own digital ecosystem, complementing communication services with entertainment services. uPlay Cinema can be connected directly through the television interface using the remote control, without the need to install additional applications or go through a complex setup procedure.
