Construction of the first Mövenpick branded hotel in the region is set to begin in Dilijan, Armenia. The corresponding agreement was concluded by the Accor hotel group and the MAYRI development company, who presented the project at the Hospitality Investment Forum 2026.
The four-star hotel will have 128 rooms and will be part of the large-scale MAYRI Urban Resort complex. Its structure will include not only tourist infrastructure, but also residential spaces, a wellness center, a park, public recreation areas, and commercial facilities, forming a unified urban environment.
Construction work is scheduled to begin this year. The development plan involves the phased development of the entire quarter, where the hotel will be one of the key facilities aimed at international tourist traffic and business guests.
The opening of Mövenpick Dilijan is scheduled for the second half of 2029. The project is considered one of the most significant for the development of the region's tourism infrastructure and strengthening its position on the map of premium recreation.
