Evocabank plans to transition to a new development model where artificial intelligence will become the foundation for creating banking products and making decisions. Instead of a Mobile First strategy, the bank intends to adopt an Intelligence First approach, where AI will operate not only within the mobile application but also throughout the entire internal infrastructure.

According to Karen Yeghiazaryan, Chairman of the Management Board of Evocabank, the main goal is to create a personal financial assistant for each client. Such a system will be able to analyze user habits, consider their needs, offer recommendations, and help make decisions regardless of the size of their funds – from small savings to large assets.

Currently, the bank already uses AI for fraud detection, data analysis, risk assessment, credit scoring, and content preparation. In the near future, Evocabank plans to launch its own AI Hub and a separate IT company that will focus on developing AI-native products. Some of these solutions may enter international markets in the future. However, the bank emphasizes that complex financial decisions, including large loans and unusual situations, will remain the responsibility of specialists.
