At the AI & Digital Bridge forum in Astana, the TUMO educational program was presented as one of Kazakhstan's significant projects in training future IT personnel. After the recent opening of TUMO Astana, the country intends to launch several more centers, expanding teenagers' access to modern technological education.

TUMO Development Director Pegor Papazian participated in a discussion on the prospects of the talent market. Along with him, Higgsfield AI head Alex Mashrabov, Firebird AI general manager Anna Fokina, and other industry representatives spoke about the future of the technology and education sectors.

According to Papazian, TUMO's key task is not only to teach skills in demand today. The program should give teenagers the tools to create technologies and products that may emerge in a decade and are still difficult to imagine today.
