Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the launch of an initiative to attract graduates of leading world universities to work in the country's state structures. The program is aimed at specialists who have graduated from universities included in the top 200 international QS, THE or ARWU (Shanghai Ranking) rankings.
Candidates must send a resume and a one-page cover letter to the special address talent@gov.am. The first stage of applications is open from June 15 to July 15, 2026. After preliminary selection, participants will be invited for interviews and then included in the personnel reserve of public administration.
According to the initiative, specialists included in this talent pool will be able to receive job offers in various state departments of Armenia within a year. The program aims to strengthen human resources and attract young professionals with international education to the country's public administration system.
