At the end of 2025, the average monthly nominal wage in Armenia increased by 5.6% compared with 2024 and reached 303,140 drams. These figures are provided by the republic's Statistical Committee based on tax and social reporting. The growth was moderate in annual terms, but at the end of the year the momentum accelerated noticeably.
In December, the indicator increased by 6.5% year-on-year and by as much as 22% compared with November. Thus, the last month of 2025 became the strongest in terms of salary growth rates, which largely affected the final result for the year.

The difference between sectors of the economy remained. In the public sector, the average salary amounted to 239,369 drams with growth of 6.5%, while in the private sector it reached 327,604 drams, increasing by 5.1%. All calculations were made based on data from the State Revenue Committee, taking into account income tax and social payments.
