Ucom and staff.am hosted the first Executive Offsite Vol.1 format, which brought together founders and leaders of Armenia's largest companies, as well as representatives of government agencies. The event was dedicated to changes in business management amidst accelerating technological and geopolitical transformation.

One of the key topics was the impact of artificial intelligence on management decision-making and internal organizational processes. Participants also discussed what structural limitations prevent large companies from adapting more quickly to changes and implementing new management models.

The organizers emphasized that modern business increasingly depends on flexibility, speed of reaction, and the ability to rethink traditional approaches. Special attention was paid to balancing centralized management with departmental autonomy, as well as the effective allocation of resources in an unstable environment.
