The construction of the new Evocabank headquarters is beginning in the center of Yerevan. The building, with its unusual architecture, green terraces, and helipad, will become one of the most prominent modern business centers in the capital of Armenia.

Evocabank has started implementing the project for its new headquarters on Demirchyan Street in Yerevan. The total investment is estimated at approximately $40 million, and construction is planned to be completed within 2.5–3 years. The project is being developed by the Green Rock group of companies and the renowned Dutch architectural bureau MVRDV.

The new building will have 10 floors and will stand out with its unusual appearance. The main architectural feature will be a deep cascading cut with purple glazing, which will form a system of open green terraces. Inside, there will be modern office spaces, a rooftop restaurant, and a helipad.

In addition, the project includes a four-level underground parking lot. After completion, the new Evocabank headquarters will become one of the most recognizable office buildings in the center of Yerevan and will join the list of the city's most modern architectural objects.
