Yandex Armenia continues to restore services after a technical failure. Most functions are already available to users, but errors may still occur in some tools. The company's teams continue to troubleshoot, paying special attention to the stability of payments and support channels for users and partners.

The company explained that complex digital platforms use computing power and servers located in different countries. Therefore, technical problems in one region can affect the availability of certain functions in another. To restore operation, the system transfers tasks to other servers, but such switches themselves can be accompanied by temporary errors.

Yandex Armenia apologized to users, partners, drivers, and couriers working through the platform for the inconvenience and disruption of plans. The company thanked everyone who supported it during the elimination of the consequences of the failure.
