"Aeroflot" began operating regular flights between Krasnodar and Armenian Gyumri on August 28. The new route connected Krasnodar International Airport with "Shirak" Airport.

Krasnodar – Gyumri – Krasnodar flights operate twice a week – on Wednesdays and Fridays. Airbus A320 aircraft with economy and business class cabins are used on the route. Gyumri became Aeroflot's 13th destination from Krasnodar.

Thus, passengers have another direct option for travel between Southern Russia and Armenia, without the need to fly via Moscow or Yerevan.
