Armenian Telecom Operators Paid Over 42 Billion AMD in Taxes for 2025

Viva Armenia Leads in Payment Volume, Ucom and Other Companies Follow

Major mobile and internet operators in Armenia transferred 42.28 billion AMD in taxes and duties to the state budget in 2025, according to data from the State Revenue Committee. In the payment structure, 41.96 billion AMD are taxes, and 324.3 million AMD are customs duties.

The leader among telecommunications companies was Viva Armenia, with a payment of 18.77 billion AMD (16th place in the overall ranking of the largest taxpayers). Ucom took 26th place with 11.91 billion AMD, Team Telecom Armenia – 31st place with 9.85 billion AMD, and GNC-Alfa (OVIO brand) – 205th place with 1.75 billion AMD.

At the end of 2025, the 1000 largest taxpayers in Armenia transferred over 1.95 trillion AMD to the budget. The leader of the ranking was Mobile Center Art (77.86 billion AMD), in second place – Grand Tobacco (66.12 billion AMD), and the third place is occupied by the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine (52.16 billion AMD).
