Armenian authorities plan to create a unified electronic construction control system that will bring together developers, contractors, experts, and regulatory bodies.
The system will allow for online document approval, real-time tracking of construction work progress, and provide regulatory bodies with access to necessary information. The authorities expect this to increase industry transparency and help improve construction quality.

As part of the reform, it is also planned to change the system of project expertise and pricing, introduce a rating system for construction companies and developers, and stimulate the use of international building certification systems.
A separate direction is the development of a management and operation system for apartment buildings. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has instructed to begin the necessary work to implement the new electronic system.
